Twenty qualified sales calls in 4 months. Guaranteed in writing, or every penny refunded. Book a 20-min call
Outbound · guaranteed in writing

I sell a result.
Not a process. Not a platform.

Done-for-you cold outreach engine for B2B founders and agencies. Hand-crafted templates, agent-enriched personalisation, ten warmed sending domains, full deliverability stack. Twenty booked, attended, qualified sales calls inside the first four months, or you get every payment back. The structural opposite of a copy-paste outbound spray.

The core choice

Two ways to fill your calendar.
One guarantees the outcome.
One doesn't.

Most sales agencies sell you a process and bill you regardless of whether it produces a result. That model has dominated the category for twenty years. It is the wrong model. Dan Holloway · Founder

If you walked into a printer and asked for fifty thousand premium labels, you would not accept the answer "we cannot guarantee they will look right". Why is a sales agency unwilling to guarantee the one thing they actually do? I put my money where my mouth is.

The guarantee

Twenty booked, attended, qualified sales calls. In writing.

1

Defined minimums in the agreement

The number, the window, and the qualification criteria are written into the contract before any payment is taken. No fine print, no movable goalposts.

2

Underdelivered? I work free.

If we fall short of the agreed number in the agreed window, I keep working, completely free of charge, until the result lands.

3

Still not possible? Full refund.

If after the extension the number still cannot be hit, every payment you've made is refunded in full: setup plus every retainer instalment.

4

Minimum: 20 booked, attended, qualified calls.

The guarantee floor. Most engagements run well past it as the system compounds, but the floor is what's in writing.

How it works

Hand-crafted by me. Enriched by agents. Sent by you.

Two layers, working together. The result is an email that follows a single repeatable architecture and reads as if it were written for one specific person at one specific moment. Because, in every relevant sense, it was.

Layer 1The hand-crafted template.

I write it, in your voice, with your phrasing, your forbidden words, your hook formula. You sign off on it before any send goes out. It is not generated. It is not written by a bot. It is the human spine of every campaign.

Layer 2Agent-enriched custom merge tags.

Per-contact data points pulled by automated agents from public sources. Slotted into the template at send time. Every email follows the format. Every email is uniquely tailored to the prospect it lands with.

The moat

Ten domains. Fifty addresses. Zero risk to your primary.

Cold outreach run at scale from a single domain dies inside two to three weeks. Spamhaus and Barracuda flag the IP and the domain, deliverability collapses, and your inbox follows. One domain equals one point of failure.

We run ten warmed close-variants of your primary, with fifty to one hundred sender addresses spread across them. Each address sends five emails per day. The load is distributed, the volume is invisible to spam filters, and your primary domain never touches a cold campaign.

Triggers that highlight pains/problems = Higher conversions.

Every send is signal-required. We don't email a name on a list. We email a person who has just shown a real, observable signal that they need exactly the answer your offer provides. Six trigger types we look for:

01

Layoff news

Public layoff news at the prospect's company in the last 8 weeks.

02

AI displacement

An "AI is replacing X" article shared by the prospect or their CEO in the last 30 days.

03

Hiring freeze

A hiring freeze announcement at their company, indicating budget pressure on Plan A.

04

Their own words

Their own LinkedIn post mentioning sabbatical, "next chapter", "thinking about", or burnout.

05

Role change

A recent role-title change inside the same company. Fresh mandate, fresh budget.

06

Time in role

Time in role exceeding four years. A stuck-ceiling moment where Plan B becomes the question.

The agent

Every reply, qualified. Every call, earned.

When a prospect replies, the agent steps in. It runs a five-phase pain-first qualification, mirrors your voice in every draft, with human-approval for the first 20 sends to ensure quality. By the time a call is offered, the prospect has named a pain, agreed it's worth solving, and chosen the time. No autonomous broadcasting. No bot-feel. A sales setter that works around the clock and books only the calls that should be booked.

  • Qualifies before it asks. Five phases in order: pain discovery, pain qualified, solution presented, value confirmed, call offered.
  • Human approval on every send (First 20). Every draft is checked with "Accept, Modify, or Reject" to ensure quality before switching to full automation.
  • Learns your voice over time. Every "Modify" becomes training data. A daily digest proposes persona and FAQ updates; the agent's voice profile commits learnings, ready for the next conversation.
  • Books the call in the thread. When a call is earned, the agent books the calendar invite (Google Meet or Zoom) and confirms the details back into the original email thread. The prospect doesn't have to book themselves.
The dashboard

Every conversation, every status, pushed live to your CRM.

You don't sign in to a new tool to track outbound. The dashboard mirrors your CRM in real time and pushes every reply, booking, and status change to the system your sales team already lives in.

  • Two-way CRM sync. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Close. Native fields, custom properties, lifecycle stage moves, all written back.
  • Live reply triage. Hot, warm, objection, OOO, unsubscribe. Auto-classified, routable to a person or a sequence.
  • Conversation history per lead. Every touch, every reply, every booked call against the same contact record, threaded.
  • No new login for your team. The agent works in the background; the data lands where you already work.
The path

From kickoff to steady-state cohorts.

A three-phase ramp. Most engagements hit the guaranteed minimum inside Phase 2. Phase 3 is where the system compounds.

Months 1–2

Setup & ramp

Brand.md calibration, infrastructure built, first 10,000-record list pulled, signal enrichment, deliverability ramping, first sends going out, first-batch personalised copy.

A small handful of qualified calls
Months 3–6

At-scale sending

Iteration loops on the template based on reply data. Qualified call volume climbs as deliverability stabilises and message-market fit tightens.

20 qualified calls - guaranteed.
Months 7–10

Steady state

Cohorts close. We throttle when the calendar is full. Three to four parallel campaigns is the maximum without losing room quality.

Compounding revenue, scale what works.
What does "twenty qualified calls or refund" actually mean?
Specific. In writing. Agreed before any payment. Twenty booked, attended, qualified sales calls within the first four months. "Qualified" means we agree the qualification criteria up front (industry, role, budget, intent signals). If we miss the number, I keep working completely free until we hit it. If we still cannot hit it, every payment you've made (setup plus every retainer) is refunded in full.
Why ten sending domains? Can't we just use ours?
No, and this is the single biggest reason most outbound dies. A primary domain running cold campaigns at scale gets flagged by Spamhaus and Barracuda inside two to three weeks. Once flagged, your domain is burned, and it can't be warmed back up while sending. Ten close-variant domains let us distribute the load and protect your primary. If one ever flags, the other nine keep running while the tenth recovers.
Is the AI writing my emails? It sounds like it.
Yes and no. I handwrite the template in your voice. AI then enriches custom fields and modifies the message itself to be truly unique to that prospect. However the overall brand tone, the overall message, and the angle itself is pre-constructed using tried and true, high-converting sales and marketing messaging.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?
It's built for B2B founders, agency owners, and consultancies with an offer that sells to mid-to-senior decision-makers in Tier 1 markets (US, UK, AU, NL, DE, SG, AE). It's not built for transactional, high volume, low deal size businesses where 1:1 outbound doesn't make sense.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is discussed on the discovery call. The engagement is performance-tied to a number we agree up front, so the price is mapped to the result we're committing to. Setup is one-time, retainer is monthly, data and tools pass through at cost on your dashboard. The full-refund clause means there is no scenario in which you pay and don't get the result.
How fast do I see results?
First qualified calls inside 60 days. The guarantee is 20 qualified calls inside the four-month window. That's it. Volume often runs higher as deliverability stabilises and the template iterates against real reply data, but we promise the floor, not the ceiling.
Why shouldn't I just hire a developer or use a SaaS platform?
A developer can build the workflow but won't run the campaign, and most have never written a B2B sales email in their life. A SaaS platform sells you the tool; you become the campaign manager, the deliverability engineer, the copywriter, and the ICP analyst. Both leave you carrying all the risk and most of the work. Nurture is the team plus the infrastructure plus the guarantee, in one engagement, at one price.
What does the kickoff look like?
A 20-minute call to confirm fit. If we both want to proceed, I send the agreement plus invoice for digital signature, you book the kickoff call. By the time we get on the kickoff call I've already drafted your brand.md. We agree the voice, the persona-trait targeting, the sending domains. Onboarding starts the same week.
